Eventic is an international event management company working with companies that see events not as one-off moments, but as strategic business tools. From high-level event management and creative direction to full production and on-site delivery, we take ownership of every detail and enjoy working with you on every step of the way.

We don’t work in a one-size-fits-all way. We’re happy to adapt to your preferred meeting structure and software tools. If you don’t yet have a preference, we can also recommend an approach that best supports the success of your event.

Eventic delivers international event management for business events around the world. We currently have offices in The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the UAE, but plan and work in Europe, Northern America, the UK and the Middle Eastern Region. We are known for navigating local regulations, cultures, and suppliers without losing consistency or control. Every region requires a different approach, and our international team is here to take that worry away from you.

We currently plan a large variety of events, from more exclusive gatherings starting from 30 people to larger scale events to up to 5000 people. We love to tailor our services to the event size you have in mind. We plan events from budgets starting €50.000.
