Event Project management internship

As a Project Management Intern, you'll be at the heart of the action—supporting our team in planning and coordinating high-level business events from A to Z. From client communication and supplier research to managing timelines and on-site execution, you’ll gain valuable experience in every phase of project management. You’ll collaborate with an ambitious and creative team, contribute to real projects, and make a tangible impact in an international setting.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are in the final phase of an HBO/WO study, preferably in the direction of hotel/event management, media, marketing, communication, or international business.
• You’re available for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 20 weeks(starting dates 1st August / 1st February).
• You work independently, are proactive, and take initiative.
• Structure is your middle name; you're organized and love working with timelines and checklists.
• You’re a multitasker who thrives under pressure.
• You have strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus).
• Bonus: You’re familiar with project planning tools or social media platforms.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the planning and execution of confirmed projects and events from start to finish.
• Communicating with clients and suppliers, both nationally and internationally.
• Assisting with project proposals, timelines, production schedules, and logistics.
• Researching and reaching out to new, out-of-the-box venues and suppliers.
• Attending creative and production meetings.
• Supporting internal coordination and on-site event management.
• Help managing and supporting the broader team where needed.
